Working in one of our ceramics studios, our friendly and experienced tutors will teach you a range of techniques to help you master the ancient craft of pottery.   1. Glazing your work

    For students who have attended our ceramics summer courses, this is an opportunity to return and glaze your fired work. Basic glazing techniques will be taught, with advice on which glazes to use.

  2. Ceramics portfolio course

    Attending two days a week, you will develop your ceramic techniques and drawing skills to build a portfolio of 2D and 3D work. Focus on the development of your personal ideas within a structure of varied projects, which could lead onto study in further and higher education. Some materials are included. Applications for this course will be reviewed at the end of June and interviews will take place on the 3rd and 5th of July 2018.
