From body toning and wine tasting - to raising your self esteem, our health and lifestyle courses cover everything you need to know about improving your mind and body or coaching or counselling others.

Our courses take place in Covent Garden during the evenings, daytimes and weekends.

To pop in and discuss which course is right for you, just turn up any Tuesday 17.30 - 18.30 or Thursday 12.30 - 13.30 (Please note: out of term time between 19 Dec-4 Jan and 1 April-13 April advice will be on a Wednesday instead of Thursday).
