I really enjoyed this course. I had given up on Yoga a good 20 years ago, and started gentle yoga at Build. After one term, I thought I would join the mixed level, but was apprehensive. I needn't have been. You do need some level of experience, but the content, the quality of the teaching is absolutely brilliant.
