This course will enable you to prepare for the Spreadsheet software unit within the Level 3 ECDL Award in and take the exam when you are ready. You can achieve all the units you need for the Award by taking our other courses in Word Processing and Presentation software.     Dr Trudi Edginton is a clinical psychologist and lecturer in neuropsychology and cognitive neuroscience at City, University of London. In this lecture she will describe her research and practice which focuses specifically on assessing and responding to cognitive and emotional difficulties using mindfulness-based interventions. She is also concerned with how to improve access to mindfulness therapies across the lifespan. Her clinical experience includes investigating the impact of traumatic brain injury, chronic fatigue syndrome and dementia.



    Dr Edginton is also a CBT therapist and mindfulness teacher and she has published and presented her research in International Journals and conferences. Her clinical experience includes investigating the impact of traumatic brain injury, chronic fatigue syndrome and dementia.
