    This is a short but very intensive course which is mainly focused on preparing for English level 1 exams. There will be lots of mock exams and continuous feedback on reading, writing and communication (in BSL). It involves lots of homework, revision and regular feedback, and therefore requires requires a serious commitment to studying outside of the classroom hours.

    This course will help you to get confident in reading, writing and communication. You will learn to read pieces of texts, write sentences, spell correctly and use punctuation.     Are you considering a career in adult social care? Do you want to find out more about different roles and feel confident in applying for volunteering opportunities? This course will develop your understanding of the responsibilities, values, skills and attitudes needed.
