What will I achieve?

- identify some philosophical ideas and methods of use in life coaching
- apply some of the ideas learnt today.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?

The course is introductory and presupposes no prior knowledge. It will appeal to those interested in philosophy and personal development and also life coaches wishing to extend their skills.

How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?

Students will examine arguments by a combination of group or pair activity, lively class discussion and short talks. Participation is required in many exercises but is entirely voluntary in the case of whole class discussion.

Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?

Very good one day course, useful in gaining tools to help reflect on and move forward on things that a person might feel "stuck" on.
