This is an excellent course for people who are new to yoga and have limitations in movement, taught by an experienced, considerate, caring and kind teacher.

The teacher of this course is excellent. The work is varied and tackles all areas of the body and she is very careful to ensure that it is within the capabilities of each person. She makes it really easy by demonstrating mirror image which must be hard

This course has restored my confidence in my ability to do yoga, which I started 35 odd years ago and then stopped in my late 40's as I used to get queasy doing the exercises. I have so enjoyed this course that I have already signed up for the next term. I am hard of hearing and the teacher could not have been more supportive.

Great Class- - [The tutor] is the 'perfect' gentle yoga teacher- she's very experienced- quite gentle in herself, - she is kind and patient with all of her students- which is very needed for this kind of class--- It's a most enjoyable class- and Very welcome- for those that cannot do - even a beginners class - due to personal restrictions....
