What will we cover?

Each class will include a warm up to mobilise joints and prepare the body, and an aerobic session to improve cardiovascular conditioning. We will do exercises to improve posture, strength, endurance and balance. You will have the option of lying on a mat or performing the exercises whilst sitting on a chair. The class will end with stretching and relaxation.

Our new tutor is very enthusiastic and encouraging. We have a thorough workout, working at our own level throughout. Have done this course for years with our previous tutor and it has made a huge difference to my general level of fitness, coordination, balance and strength.
