A really good bolt-on to the Introductory course. Good to consolidate existing skills and learn more about the the person-centred approach to counselling.

This course takes you beyond the skills learned during the Introduction to Counselling Skills (Level 1) course, gently leading you to explore new ways of relating to increase your skillset and help you discern whether you'd like to continue to the next level. It's so valuable in itself that I'm surprised that it is optional! Take it, if you can.
