Go for it - it gave me a clear understanding of what it takes to become a counsellor / mental health professional and I plan to take the level 1 and 2 courses.

An excellent overview of counselling and career opportunities in counselling delivered by the tutor in a stimulating and motivating way. The experiential activities were particularly interesting.

Well worth 3 hours of your time if you are bit overwhelmed about where to begin with a career or personal development in counselling, came away much clearer about the reality and stages involved.
