Being a beginner I wasn't sure if I would be any good but I absolutely loved it. It takes time for all the moves to 'click' but it's fun along the way. It's a great workout as well - don't come to this class unless you are going to your heart and soul into it! As the woman in Fame said "you're here to work" :-) If you find gyms boring, this kind of class is great to keep fit. It's also really friendly, no dance snobs here. The teacher is great and we have all come to love her More classes please, especially at weekends.

I started this course not having any expectations and it was my first dancing courser I ever done. I enjoyed Charleston beginners so much I am now finishing improvers and looking to do more.

The tutor made every student feel included and a part of the team. She is very patient with students, passionate about dance and very knowledgable. Students love her!

Fantastic course. The instructor is a wonderful dancer and a great teacher: she took us through each step slowly and methodically to make sure we fully get it, and then gradually added flair. By the end of the course we danced a whole Charleston routine together and it looked (and felt) great. I also found myself getting comfortable with improvising steps and dancing freestyle when listening to 1920 music.

This is a fun energetic course tought by [tutor's name] who is an amazing teacher. Not only did we learn a Charleston stroll but a whole routine in an enjoyable environment. I recommend it to anybody who is interested in learning the moves of the 20's and wants to burn calories.
