Even if, like me, you think you can’t dance but would like to have a go I’d recommend this class. The teacher is very sensitive to different personalities, never in the least patronising. I left feeling I’d been able to move in ways I’d never have thought possible for me!

So glad I joined the body rhythms dance class! A thoroughly enjoyable time to relax, let go, move and breathe. To follow the rhythm of my own beat while linking movements together in a group in a coordinated flow. All under the tutor's expert, intuitive guidance. Every week I leave feeling balanced, light and confident.

Highly recommended.
