A fun and informative course, in my view, which built on the skills I learnt in the Acting For Radio beginners course. I recommend it!

It was plenty of fun doing this course. The combination of learning where to move and position yourself in relation to the microphone, whilst also learning how to use the correct vocal intensity (AND reading the right lines on the given scripts), seemed to give this course the additional benefit of a great brain-training exercise! It was good to also have had the opportunity to work on and record pieces that we had chosen (and in some cases written) ourselves. A fantastic, enthusiastic and energetic tutor!

I had the same tutor (DG) and this course was the most fun I had in 2017. It is also intensely practical, you get lots of experience working with the mic alone and with others, and the technical advice you get is extremely useful. If you have relevant experience or have done the first course, it only gets better - this course is even better than the first one as it goes deeper into what's required and the delivery. If you are thinking of doing it, do it!! I followed the advice of a reviewer and was not disappointed.
