Announcing our new courses in partnership with the National Maritime Museum

We’re delighted to announce our range of courses run in partnership with the in Greenwich. Running throughout the Autumn, these special one-off workshops and study days cover a fantastic array of subjects from history to creative writing, and include free entrance to current exhibits and art collections.

The natural world

This one-day course will immerse you in the Arctic environment, reveal its natural wonders and transport you on an intrepid expedition.

Explore representations of the Thames in poetry from Edmund Spenser to Mario Petrucci and even the music of The Kinks.
Sat 30 Sep, 10:30-16:30

Study the theme of the outsider and outcast in Romantic poetry as part of the context for the heroic 19th-century expeditions of Sir John Franklin. 
Sat 7 Oct, 10:30-15:30
